Artist's Comments
At the start of the year, I picked up Maya 8, learning thru video tutorials and books. Last Feb I decided to work on my first 3d project to apply what little I've learned in my first month. And in the last 4 months I've been working on this project, while learning on Maya's more complex topics as I go.
I think it's coming together nicely...but very very slowly. I can't wait to finish this and start learning on how to model humanoid figures and more organic shapes. I miss painting though. I haven't really painted much since I picked up 3D.  |
